Boudin sausage showdown - the sequel

We’re back with another boudin sausage showdown. This time we head to the Evangeline Parish and try one traditional and three smoked variants. Bonus - this time we brought experts! Locals!

Boudin is a sausage that is native to Louisiana and is made with pork, rice and spices and veggies. We had never heard of it before our trip to New Orleans but friends recommended that we try it and gave us places to get it.
