Jacqueline's Healthy Broccoli Salad recipe

Health coach Jacqueline Hudson’s healthy broccoli salad recipe

In addition to being a fun musical performer who travels full-time in her RV with her husband, Dave, Jacqueline Hudson is also a health coach and has helped many people live a healthier lifestyle. When we asked her for a tasty treat for the Thanksgiving table, she shared this popular dish with us - her healthy broccoli salad.

We also recently had the privilege of speaking with Jacqueline and Dave about their Romp It Up Music festival on the StressLess Camping RV podcast. You can hear the episode with The Border Hookups, which is their band’s name, here.
